Sunrise View (Assisted Living)

Adrian Country Cottages (Assisted Living/Memory Care)

Sanford Clinic Adrian

The City of Adrian established the first facility in 1959. It served as an acute care hospital with a variety of services until 2002. The Arnold Memorial Health Care Center joined the Sioux Valley Regional Health Services January 1, 1998, later being named Sanford Care Center which also managed the Nursing Home, a 30 bed skilled nursing facility, established by the City in 1969.  A renovation project was completed in 1996.  In September, 2009 Elder Care of Minnesota began managing the facility and the name became Adrian Country Living, the facility went from a 30 bed facility to 20.  In October, 2011 the facility was purchased by Elder Care of Minnesota and the name became Adrian Care Center.  In 2016 the facility went through remodeling and became an assisted living facility with the name changed to Sunrise View.

In the fall of 2009 the Adrian Housing and Redevelopment Authority broke ground on a 20 bed Assisted Living/Memory Care facility.  The Adrian County Cottages opened in the summer of 2010. The 106 Company currently manages the facility.

The Arnold Memorial Clinic, established in 1997 by the City, is a family practice clinic.  The Arnold Memorial Clinic joined the Sioux Valley Physician’s Clinic in September 1997, later being named Sanford Clinic Adrian.  The clinic is equipped to provide urgent care during business hours. Outpatient occupational and physical rehabilitation services are offered at the facility by Sanford clinic Adrian. Adrian community residents do not have to travel out of town to receive rehab services.

The City of Adrian provides ambulance services for the community.
